Conifer Heights
The property consists of approximately 25.65 acres of land currently zoned per approved ODP ‐Case Number 09‐103301RZA‐1. Phase 1 will be to develop the Use Area 2 – Residential Area consisting of approximately 7.25 acres. The proposed concept consists of a Total on 50 multi‐family residential units (less than the maximum of 60 units per the approved ODP) and a maximum total GFA of 100,230 square feet or less in accordance with the approved ODP.
